CA. Renu Pandey is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) and founding partner of Pandey R and Company, She has 17+ years of proven expertise in various areas of finance and accounting. She has experience spans across Corporate Advisory, Tax Advisory, Accounts, Auditing, Assurance, Startup Advisory and Project Financing, MIS, Budgeting/Monitoring & Controlling, Enterprise Risk Management, Due Diligence, and more.
CA. Renu obtained a degree of Chartered Accountancy in 2007 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2014, she also earned a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). Additionally, she is a Certified Concurrent Auditor for Banks. She is also a Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) under IBBI (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India).
CS Puja Shree Agarwal
CS Puja Shree Agrawal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India with 5 years of standing in the profession along with 19 years of total corporate and teaching experience. She has significant experience in all areas of Corporate Advisory and Startup Advisory. She is associated with the firm as a senior corporate consultant since last 5 years.
Bibhu Prasad Mohapatra
Bibhu P Mohapatra has an extensive experience of more than 15 years in handling individual, corporate and non-corporate financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and forensic accounting activities. He has wide exposure in Society / Trust / Section 8 Company with extensive experience in handling legal and compliance related matters of FCRA, Society Registrar and Income Tax Authorities with proven success in ensuring optimum results.
Bibhu P Mohapatra leads the NGO Services Wing at PRC, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion for supporting not-for-profit organizations. With a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, he specializes in providing tailored solutions to NGOs, trusts, and charitable institutions.
Rahul Kumar Dixit
Rahul Kumar Dixit is a Law Graduate and a member of Delhi High Court and Supreme Court Bar Council. He has completed his post-graduation in commerce and has also qualified CS Executive level. He has significant experience in Corporate Advisory, Startup Advisory and Project Financing.
